Charlie Vettiner Golf Course is an 18 hole public golf course and is one of nine public golf courses managed by Louisville's MetroParks Department.  Three of MetroPark's nine courses have only 9  holes and the remaining six have 18 holes.  The golf course is located in south central Louisville in Jeffersontown just off Billtown road.  The course is located on the edge of Charlie Vettiner Park.

The facility is a certified course under the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary for Golf Courses.

The course is of moderate length, most holes are wooded, and the course offers a good challenge.  There is no driving range, although there is a small open area to hit golf balls.  Currently there is a new practice putting green being constructed.  The old practice green was in the current location of our recently opened new clubhouse

There is a Men's Golf Association, a Women's Golf Association, and handicaps are available from GHIN through one of the golf associations.  There is a stocked pro shop and snack bar and rental clubs, pull carts and riding carts are readily available.  Green fees are set each April by Louisville MetroParks.
