My name is Kirk Dolan and I am the Golf Course Superintendent here at Charlie Vettiner Golf Course. This will be my fourth year serving in this capacity and my ninth year in the industry. My Assistant Superintendent is David Schuchard. David is entering his second season in this position and he has been working in and out of the parks department for almost eleven years.
Currently, we have four full time employees working here. Johnny Moore is a Golf Worker and has been with us for three years. Charles Weaver is our other Golf Worker and he has been with us for two years. Both have had their State of Kentucky Pesticide Applicators License for one year. Phil Jones is a Park Worker II and has been with the parks department for eight years. Glenn Bratcher is our other Park Worker II and has been in the system for four years.
As a group we hope to continue to provide great playing conditions for our customers and we hope to make 2009 the best year yet.
